Who is responsible for the data

What the site does not collect

The site has no forms, sign-up, login or comments section. It does not ask for or store your name, email, phone number or ID.

If you send a message on WhatsApp or Instagram, the conversation takes place in those apps, outside this site.

Google Analytics, only with your consent

To know how many people visit the site and which pages are read the most, we use Google Analytics 4, a Google service. Its cookies are only stored in your browser if you click Accept in the cookie notice.

With your consent, Analytics measures page views and technical browsing data, such as your device and browser type and the page you came from. This data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.

Advertising features are always turned off: the site does not use this data for ads.

Without your consent, no Analytics cookie is stored. Because the site uses Google's consent mode, the page may still send Google technical pings without cookies, such as date and time, browser type, the referring page and the fact that consent was declined (how it works).

You can decline or change your choice at any time with the Cookie preferences button in the footer of every page. If you decline after having accepted, the site deletes the Analytics cookies from your browser.

Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy.

Hosting on Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. As with any website, every visit goes through its servers, which record technical data, such as your IP address, to keep the site running and protected against attacks. This record is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Photos, videos and fonts are served from the site itself, with no requests to other servers.

Links to other sites

Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, the FECAMTT website and the sources cited in the articles take you outside this site. There, each service's own privacy policy applies.

Legal basis and your rights

The use of Google Analytics is based on your consent, as provided in article 7, item I, of Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can request:

• confirmation that your data is being processed;
• access to the data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• deletion of data processed with your consent;
• withdrawal of consent, at any time.

Requests are made on WhatsApp (47) 99629-3029. Since the site has no sign-up, it does not link Analytics data to your name; to withdraw consent, the quickest way is the Cookie preferences button.

You can also file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Agency (ANPD), as guaranteed by article 18, paragraph 1, of the LGPD.

Children and adolescents

The site does not collect anyone's data through forms, including children and adolescents, and does not ask visitors their age.
